Apartment Rental

We offer three types of apartment rental: fully furnished studio, one bedroom with balcony or porch and two bedroom with balcony. Our campus covers 10-acres, with plenty of green space. Coin-operated washer and dryer are located onsite.

Are you interested in renting an apartment?

Start by reviewing our policies and then printing out the Rental Application. Fill it in and drop it off at our office or mail it to: The Blue Spruce, 3093 US Rt 9, Valatie, NY 12184. If the office is closed, drop it in the secure, 24/7 drop slot in the office door.

Upon acceptance of the Rental Application, we will contact you, have you complete the Lease Agreement and submit it to the office. We will then review it with you and once, both parties have signed it, you will receive a copy for your files.

Furnished Studio Apartment

Large, furnished, one room apartment on the first floor or basement level includes a full kitchen, full bathroom with tub and shower combination and multiple closets. Coin-operated washer and dryer are on site.

Located on 10 acres with plenty of green space. All tenants are permitted to park one car on campus; additional vehicles are allowed only upon the written approval of the landlord. Small pets allowed at owner’s discretion, with additional $500 pet security deposit.

$1,000 per month plus $1,000 security deposit
Optional: $1,600 includes housekeeping and utilities
Maximum occupancy: one person

One Bedroom Apartment

Spacious one-bedroom apartment on the first or second floor includes a full kitchen with dishwasher, full bathroom with tub and shower combination, multiple closets and a balcony or porch. Coin-operated washer and dryer and storage locker on site.

Located on 10 acres with plenty of green space. All tenants are permitted to park one car on campus; additional vehicles are allowed only upon the written approval of the landlord. Small pets allowed at owner’s discretion, with additional $500 pet security deposit.

$1,100 per month plus $1,100 security deposit
Maximum occupancy: two people

Two Bedroom Apartment

Spacious two-bedroom apartment on the second floor includes a full kitchen with dishwasher, full bathroom with tub and shower combination, another half-bath, multiple closets and a balcony with storm/screen door. Coin-operated washer and dryer and storage locker on site.

Located on 10 acres with plenty of green space. All tenants are permitted to park one car on campus; additional vehicles are allowed only upon the written approval of the landlord. Small pets allowed at owner’s discretion, with additional $500 pet security deposit.

$1,300 per month plus $1,300 security deposit

• All rental applications require a criminal and credit check prior to final approval.
• All leases are on a monthly basis.
• Landlord provides hot water, plowing, landscaping, and garbage services; tenants are responsible for all other utilities. All units have electric heat.
• One month security required for all rentals.
• Maximum occupancy of 2 persons for one bedroom apartments and studios.
• Maximum occupancy of 3 persons for 2 bedroom apartments.
• All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outdoors in designated areas only.

• Pets are allowed only upon the written approval of the Landlord and require a $500 pet security deposit. No more than one small animal is allowed per rental unit.
• All tenants are permitted to park one car on campus; additional vehicles are allowed only upon the written approval of the landlord.
• Tenants have access and use of our grounds and on-site laundry.
• We ensure a quiet, safe, wholesome, and neighborly campus for all our residents and have zero tolerance for disorderly conduct or acts of racism, sexism, or any other “- ism.”
